Client Background:
The client, based in Canada, is a leading eLearning company. Our client has a native podcast app where they engage conversations with business leaders count as verified CPD/CPE for CPAs. With a slick mobile app, automatic compliance tracking and new episodes weekly, they made professional education for CPAs something it’s never been before; enjoyable. The guests include C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of other successful professionals.
The mobile app and web player allow for listening on the commute, at the gym, folding laundry, or walking the dog.
Project Objective:
The client wanted us to handle the transcription of all their podcasts. They wanted us to transcribe the audio of podcasts using the AI transcription platform and then do quality check of the transcribed text and correct all the errors. They wanted us to transcribe the text into an article that will be posted on the blog.
Some of the challenges they faced includes quality and accuracy, pricing and turnaround time.
Results:
We started working in 2021. We learned the AI transcription platform and completed the transcription of 1000+ podcast episodes until 2024 and still continue to do that for them.
