We have Virtual Assistants based in India and are deployed across different time zone, so we can accommodate clients in every different time zone.
Our Virtual Assistants have one or more of the following skill sets: research, customer service, social media, email management, MS office support, website design & development, accounting, data entry services and others. Once we get to know your requirements, we’ll match you with either one dedicated virtual assistant or a dedicated assistant with a small extended team to support you with the full range of skills you need for your business. We don’t directly train the Virtual Assistant or Virtual Staff for you. However, the Virtual Assistant assigned to work with you will have the professional background and skills to perform the tasks you have requested. However, you will need to train them in how your business works and in your business-specific systems and procedures. We recommend that you have a written manual, if you don’t, we’ll create one for you!
Your Virtual Assistant will always respond within a few hours during the business day, and by the next business day for off-hour or weekend requests. When you begin working with your Virtual Assistant, you'll be able to establish a routine that works best for you both as you determine how best to allocate the time you have purchased in your monthly plan.
The turnaround time is normally 24 hours based on the nature and time constraint of the task. However, once you assign the task to your Virtual Assistant, he will review the task details and let you know the turnaround time.
This is the one and only price plan we offer. Clients need not to buy a plan upfront. They can start using our services first and pay later. On the last day of every month, your Virtual Assistant will send you the time utilization sheet that will have a break up of time spent on all the tasks that has been performed for that month. Based on the total time utilized, clients have to process the payment at the agreed hourly rate.
For your convenience, we accept paypal, bank transfer and western union money transfer.
Holidays, illness, weddings, vacations or personal stuff doesn't matter with our team because we have always people around to assist you. We always have a trained backup available for you to provide uninterrupted services.
We work during business hours, Monday to Friday. However, we can allocate a Virtual Assistant to work over a weekend if the project demands.
