Client Background

Our client is the Founder and CEO of a Los Angeles–based, technology-driven wellness platform created to transform how wellness professionals and organizations deliver coaching at scale. Positioned at the intersection of wellbeing, data, and technology, the platform is designed to support wellness coaches, HR leaders, and businesses in achieving more measurable, impactful wellbeing outcomes.

Driven by a belief that modern wellbeing initiatives must be both human-centered and results-oriented, the client built an intelligent platform that equips wellness professionals with actionable insights, structured workflows, and data-backed tracking. By addressing long-standing operational and analytical gaps in the wellness and coaching industry, the platform enables organizations to deliver personalized coaching experiences while keeping pace with the evolving demands of today’s workplace and employee wellbeing landscape.

The Challenge

While the platform was thoughtfully designed and technically sound, it faced a critical early-stage challenge: limited market traction and awareness. Despite having a strong value proposition, the platform lacked sufficient adoption from two essential audiences:

Wellness professionals and coaches who could offer services through the platform
Business and HR leaders who could leverage those services for employee wellbeing programs

Without an active ecosystem of service providers and organizational users, the platform struggled to demonstrate its full potential. Building this two-sided community required extensive outreach, targeted engagement, and consistent follow-up—efforts that were time-intensive and difficult for the internal team to scale efficiently.

At this stage, our sales team connected with the client and identified a strong alignment between their growth objectives and our outreach-driven support model. Our Solution

Khened VA Services implemented a structured, multi-channel outreach and community-building strategy tailored to the client’s ideal audiences.

Wellness Provider Outreach
We conducted targeted research to identify small business owners and independent professionals offering health and wellness–related services, including coaches, therapists, and wellness practitioners. Our team curated a database of approximately 5,000 wellness providers, capturing verified contact details such as email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant social channels.

Using personalized outreach across these channels, we introduced the platform, highlighted its benefits for service providers, and guided them through the onboarding process. To reduce friction and increase adoption, we coordinated and scheduled consultation calls with the client’s sales team, allowing providers to ask questions, understand platform features, and receive hands-on assistance in setting up their accounts and profiles.

Business & HR Leader Engagement
In parallel, we researched and identified 3,000+ business and HR leaders across mid- to large-sized organizations within industries predefined by the client. Our outreach focused on educating decision-makers about the platform’s value for employee wellbeing, including how it enables access to vetted wellness providers, supports scalable coaching programs, and tracks engagement and outcomes through data-driven insights.

Through consistent communication and follow-ups, we introduced the platform as a comprehensive solution for modern employee wellbeing initiatives.

Results

As a result of this focused outreach and engagement strategy, the client successfully onboarded a growing number of wellness providers onto the platform, creating a diverse pool of services available for organizations and their employees. While exact enrollment figures were not tracked, the platform saw a meaningful increase in active providers and inbound interest from businesses.

This initial traction helped the client gain much-needed market exposure, validate the platform’s positioning, and establish the foundation for a scalable wellness ecosystem. With an expanding community of providers and increased awareness among business leaders, the client was able to continue refining the platform and advancing its growth strategy with greater confidence.
